I have a Telefunken Concertino 8 radio and it presents a problem (a steady noise, hum/whir, present in all bands). Does anyone has an idea? Does anyone has a schematic diagram of this radio? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Please wait about a week, I shall send you the complete manual with dial cord stringing
and alignment instruction.
All for free, leave a PM.
Do you hear the hum when volume is totally turned off?
Do you hear the hum when the radio is in the pick-up position switched?
Problem will be the power supply elytic caps.
Anyway it has to be recapped completly.

Well done SMDM. There's an offer that can't be turned down.

Thank you very much SIXMILLION DOLLARMAN for your reply. Yes, I hear the hum even when the volume is at its lowest, even in the pick-up position. My mail adress is: ivalis@otenet.gr . I am waiting for the wiring diagram.
I thank you once again

Hi ioannis, this hum could be produced by the filter capacitors.
Meantime what has commanded SIXMILLION Dollarman I'll send you by mail the scheme that does not even look very good.

Hi, SIXMILLION DOLLARMAN.
It seems that you have forgotten me. I'm still waiting for the schematics.
Thanks,
Ioannis
