Does anyone have a scan or high resolution picture of the label for a Brunswick 5KR? Mine is torn up.

Well I grabbed this one off the radiomuseum site and did some lens correction on it.
If you can't get someone to post a good picture you might be able to to get the missing
words off of this one and make your own.

Well...

I checked the label in my 5KR, and it's in about the same condition as yours.

So I don't think I can be much help. :-(
