Hmm, I'm trying to get my head around that selling price. :?

Imagine how it would have sold in better condition and with better photos and description.

I wonder the purpose of the two extra terminals that seem to be marked G and F? Was there a tube detector option or maybe an amifier that could be used with the set?

Agreed, so if the crystal catwhisker were lifted and the G and F terminals were carried to grid and filament of a triode, you'd have an alternate detector. Headphones would need to be connected in the plate circuit of this tube.

It would be interesting to find a manual for this old set.

You're right Tim, G terminal is at the top connected to the coil

There must be a diagram for this online somewhere
