Somebody added a tuning eye, but it's the correct Sparton bezel. Heck, I think I have a set knobs for that.

That's a nice deal!
The eye looks as if it could have been factory, but then it would be a 767?

I do know for 1936, Sparton did not include the eye in the tube count. 1937 they did.

I'll look at mine, but I don't remember it having an eye.

nor I.Just starting to get into the " the big one ". The amp is done, waiting for a couple of tubes, then on tothe tuner and TT. very little rubber wire though. :D

That is a different one. It doesn't have an eye.

Strange that two of them popped up in your area about the same time?

You're right. The chassis on this one is slightly different with more tube shields.

Reviving an old thread here, but another 667 has recently turned up on letgo: https://us.letgo.com/en/i/brown-wooden- ... 53a77cafaf

It has three out of four knobs on it, and the finish appears to be in good shape on it.
