The set does look good. That being said, I don't think it was made by Reinhard. To me it looks like a nice Reinhard reproduction with original AK parts.

Jimmy is correct. It's a Reinhard Bros. replica made with AK parts. Reinhard Bros. never offered a 3975 equivalent in their catalogs, and had they made one, it would likely have looked just like their 3925 and 3945 equivalents -- with coarse blind-stamping on the board, binding post connections on the board, feet riveted to the underside of the board with the rivets visible on top, beveled sides on the board, etc. If this came from Ed Bell in the 80's, Ed probably was not aware at the time that it was a replica.
