 Post subject: Interesting Zenith 6G601 WWII Survivor?

Now on eBay is this interesting Zenith 6G601 portable that appears to have been through the North African and Italian campaigns in WWII or perhaps shortly thereafter. There is unit information on the cabinet exterior and inside the cover is a list of places the unit passed through. Not my listing, but I thought WWII history buffs would appreciate a look.
