I continue to search for the following Capehart deluxe record changer parts to complete a recently purchased model 500 G.

Record magazine (pre-war preferred)
Reverse guide
Record compartment lamp shade
Pickup bushings

I'm currently in the middle of the electronics restoration... it's a huge project! I will post some photos in the next few months. I thank all who have already kindly assisted me with parts!

George

The Capehart changer that was sold recently on eBay was manufactured during Capehart's use of white metal. It had a lot of problems and potential problems.

Hello... I do check eBay often and would not have posted a request for parts if they were being auctioned on eBay. (at least not intentionally) The only Capehart changers currently on eBay are contained in complete cabinets... and the other is not a Capehart changer... it's a Lincoln pneumatic record changer used sometimes to replace the Capehart changers in the 1950s. Just to be more specific... I am looking for parts to repair a Capehart Deluxe Record Changer, the record flipping type. These were primarily manufactured during the 1930's and early 1940's

Thanks,
George
