I still have a few Zenith, Emerson, Philco consoles and chassis here for sale from an estate. I will try to post a few here that I know the models of. I need space so am ready to make deals especially on quantity. Get your winter projects now , otherwise some of these will have to be parted out.
Located in the western Detroit area.

Zenith "Stars and Stripes" 1938 era 9-S-365, worn cabinet, water damage near dial area, some torn veneer at back sides and bottom, no knobs, chassis all there, speaker OK as I recall, good for parts if nothing else (you could sell them for more $) but maybe you could save this one... $85
Zenith 6-S-361, early 1939 model, nice cabinet, missing buttons above dial only, 4 wood knobs, all there, SOLD
8-S-154 1937 Zenith, cabinet intact, chassis complete, no knobs, SOLD
10-S-153 cabinet only, nice except for finish work completely out below speaker area and around base, SOLD
Emerson 8 tube console with eye and nice grille cloth, $95
Zenith 12-U-158 or 159 chassis only, largest black dial ever, $85
Zenith 10-S-470 console, possibly the oddest Zenith ever, has a cove area instead of grille, so you can put your "Stratosphere Cat" there while you are waiting to find a Strat SOLD
Zenith 6-S-52 cabinet only, sanded, no bad veneer or grille issues, SOLD
Zenith 8-S-463, original finish nice, needs curved part re-set into place, complete with all knobs, $95

Zenith 10-S-464 console, all there, needs the base fake burl re-done or just touch it up, $85
Silvertone 1937 "gold dial" small console, nice cabinet, forget the model but all there and needing your chassis restore, $115
Zenith 6-S-52 or 6-S-27 chassis only, with original dial and pointers, all there, no knobs, $75
Zenith 49-118 12" speaker, repaired field coil reads a little under spec but will work fine, $45
OK those are what I can recall right now. email me at moppat@comcast dot net I will remove the sold ones as we go.
Or text me at 734-502-379 FOUR
thanks

Thanks Evan, glad to see you back in the radio collecting world ! I aim to please and you got a couple real nice projects there, hope you have a lot of fun making them real nice ! The 8S154 you got for the value of the speaker, knobs and tubes alone. It took us about 3 hours to get all the right stuff but I am happy to see both those sets land in competent hands! See you at the winter Vintage Electronics Expo here in Detroit area Jan 27, 2018 www.thevee.org

Hi Mark!

I'm interested in the 10S470. Don't let it go before we talk. We also need to talk about the 8-S-129 chassis.

Bumping up the list. I added more pix and edited the listing. Still lots of consoles here ready for your restoration skills !
Prefer local pickup here near Detroit. Could hold any for the big Winter Vintage Electronics Expo Jan 27 in Farmington Hills, MI.
