Found these in a box of tubes, but they had no identifying marks.

One is in a "99" envelope.

First one looks like a BH (full wave gas rectifier) but I only see two wires coming from the elements. Could be BR which is half wave but shape is usually different.

1st one is almost certain to be a BH tube. Its viewed at an angle so you only see half of its inards.

2nd one, red sensitive phototube. Maybe a 868 or 918.

You could expose them to some strong RF and they would light up with a purple glow.

The 868 was used in RCA Photophone theatre sound reproducers, starting around 1929. Eventually, they came up with the 918, which was a drop-in replacement that had more output.
They ran with a 90 volt B+ supply, through a high value resistor or coupling transformer primary.

I have a box full of them downstairs somewhere, mostly "pulls".
