We, here in Vieques, are coming up for air after the passing of Irma. Not much damage here but the island has been declared a disaster area nonetheless.
Be that as it may, Irma's eye passed 30-50 miles north of here and with a cat5 storm that's too darn close! Things are pretty much back to normal now and we're still waiting for the electricity to some back on.
A number of smaller islands down here were hit very hard but we were lucky enough to be on the edge of the main force of the storm. Barbuda made the news but Antigua, Anguilla, Virgin Gorda, Tortola, Anegada, St Thomas/St John, Culebra took a very hard hit. Much of NE Puerto Rico was hit hard as well but we were fortunate to not suffer CAT5 conditions.

Best of luck to all in Cuba and Florida who may have suffered worse.

I've been thinking of you, too. So glad to hear of your good fortune. Electricity off and all, how are you managing to post?

Thanks for the update Bill! Was going to inquire here, but considered you may not have power, or even a roof. Weather wasn't conducive for P.R. smoke signals. (Getting those from Canada and Montana.) Glad you're still with us!

Glad you and Naty are all OK Bill. Have been worried since we watched what we all saw on the Tee Vee set.

Internet service (Sprint) came up yesterday. I'm still on battery with my laptop which I charge with an inverter.
Adios!

Good to know you made it through OK.
I hope other ARF folks who were in the path come through this OK as well.
