I'll start off the month with this $125- Craigslist find... a Zenith 5-S-327. I really love the styling of the dial scale and bezel on this one!! - Geoff

I actually grabbed this nine years ago and it stayed hidden in my garage until we moved and had some room for it! I finished this Philco 41-295 this morning and it works great! I knew I'd get to it eventually!

- Geoff It IS a dryer sheet!? I was only asking! I should have worded that better. I have no idea what is in there but I know it is not original. There is a guy selling radio grill cloth on eBay and I'm going to see what might match a bit better.

A Westinghouse refrigerator and an Addison with a wood case. Never seen one with a wood case in this style before. Attachment:

Not *exactly* a new acquisition, but I finally got around to reassembling it. Bought this Edison Standard B with combination gearing a few months back on eBay, only to find that parts of the case got completely crushed in shipping. After painstakingly gluing all the scraps of wood back together, it's finally presentable again, and structurally sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwmBu5tFTPUWhen I bought it, it just came with a basic reproduction witch's hat, though screw holes in the back indicate that it once had a crane installed for a fancier horn. So now I've got both this fellow and my Triumph A, which still needs some fine-tuning. I'll probably end up selling it once the Triumph, but for now it's nice to have it up and running.

True, if I had a dining room bigger then a postage stamp, I would put them in there with a nice glass table and the RCA. As it stands, I would have to go around to the back yard everytime I wanted to go to the kitchen, if I attempted it

A 1985 USA-made Fasco "Olde South"
A great steal for $5, these fans tend to bring big ones.

Picked up a very nice original RCA 6T5 today off craigslist locally for $80. Only had the three electrolytic caps changed over its life. Still plays decent but I am going to put all new caps in it. Lenny
