Remember the monthly feature "What We Need Is"? It was a wish list of things that needed to be invented. I got three ideas published and would like to have a copy of them. I'm looking for someone who has those years and wouldn't mind checking for me. It was probably '65-'66 I can't find them on anywhere on the net. I thought they were in "Popular Science" but I've checked on Google Books and it was not PS.

I recall it very well. At that time I subscribed to Popular Mechanics and Popular Science, but not Science & Mechanics. I was not sure from reading your post if you are sure that it was in Science & Mechanics or just sure that is was not in Popular Science. If you are not sure, you may want to check Popular Mechanics, which is on the net, because I recall it well and read Popular Mechanics.

Popular Science had a monthly feature called "I'd Like To See Them Make...."
Maybe that is what you remember; that was during the magazine's heyday, in the 1950s and 1960s. Perhaps PM had a similar feature.
I read PS more than the others, so it doesn't ring a bell.
