Recently I have found the blue light on my Windows computer to strain my eyes especially at morning and night, so I decided to change my blue light settings. It was actually really easy to find in the display section of settings.

I would recommend this change to anyone, I think it already has lowered the strain on my eyes.

Good luck,
Noah

You can read more about it here:

It can cause strain on your eyes and make it harder to fall asleep.

I leave the "night light" setting in Windows 10 on all of the time EXCEPT when I am do photography work since it throws off the color balance. My Asus laptop came with a program to "tune out the blue" but I find the Win 10 night light setting is better and works on both my remaining Win 10 boxes.

Hey, I finally found something I like about Win 10 :)

Windows has just now got this? Android and Linux have had it for years in the form of F.lux and CF.Lumen.

My eyes were KILLING me. I couldn't stand being online for even 1 hour. I mean TERRIBLE.

So I bought theses anti-glare non-blue glasses and now I'm good... What a wonderful solution for both TV ans my computer.
It has made hours on-line a pleasure now.

I have a program called f.lux which is pretty good but the "Night Light" settings menu on Windows 10 seems to work just as well. I also have eyeglasses with blue light filters that my optometrist recommended to me.
