A friend of mine just posted this experience.

It's hot over here in Sydney at present - over 100 degrees in the old system - and my friend has both front and back doors of his workshop open while he works to refinish a TV cabinet. Where he lives is adjacent to bushland.

Next thing, this 5 foot monitor lizard appears alongside him, then calmly walks through his workshop and out the other door!

Have a look at this video and tell me if you would have got a fright!

:shock: yes that is me ! And that was in my work shop!
I've only lived at this house for 2 summers and neighbours told me the big lazards have been walking through my backyard for years.
Perhaps this is the way to water?
I have not seen him since ,plenty of other wildlife in the yard, but ive not seen him again.
The good news is he walked slowly through my workshop like he owned the place and damaged nothing.
