I am considering restoring a GE 806 tv but I want to make sure it is complete first. The one I am considering does not have the L1 filter choke. All schematics and other chassis I've seen all have the filter choke. This chassis also does not have the V15 6AL5 horizontal AFC tube. No sign either were ever there. Is this a very late production chassis or has this chassis been modified? Should I proceed? Thanks

See the comments I wrote here on the variants of the Locomotive: https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/general_e ... motiv.html .

They changed the tube lineup at various points. There are a number of different schematics you can search for in Rider and Sams, so you may be able to find one which matches quite well.
