The Emerson that I have been working on needs some sort of belting. I used
1/8 inch square drive material but it is too thick and binds when the dial
scale support is mounted.

Did they use a leather belt on the original?

Where can I get some flat 1/8 inch wide belting material?

Here is the picture of my failure.

Thanks guys and gals,

Adams Radio lists the dial belt for an Emerson AP, many people have bought belts there. adamsradio.com

Adams Manufacturing. Great place. I did not know of it. I ordered the belt.

Paul
