I just got my battery eliminator ARBE III and want to power up my 1927 Neutrowound but alas,
there seems to be no schematics I could find for it.

However, My set has the wires noted as 1 = B+ detector and another wire is B+ amp.
Another 2 wires are missing their label, one is a black wire and one is labelled B-.
(the original color coded wires have been replaced with blue wires and 1 black wire)

The layout on the bottom of the set says 1 wire goes to B+ 45 volts and one wire goes to B+ 60 volts.

So my question to start is which one is the 45 V and which one is the 60V wire, the amp, the detector or one of the unmarked ones ?

Any harm if I guess and try a few combos ?

B+ detector has the lowest voltage 22 1/2 or 45 volts. B+ amp would be your 60 volts. B- is the common negative wire.

You won't hurn anything even if mixed up.

Did you find a wire for "A" battery? It may be an unmarked one?

Identify the "A" battery leads and set up the "A" voltage at 6 or 6.6 volts (fully charged pb battery). By finding the "A" first, there is no risk at putting B+ by accident on the filaments...
