I finished one of these for a customer last year and liked the way it turned out. So I found another one to keep. I found an issue with this one that I didn't have in the first. What I thought was a bad capacitor, turns out according to the schematic to be a RF coupling trans. 32-3194. I'm not familiar with this. By the looks, I am assuming this one's shot. ? Any info would be appreciated. The PDF file for the schematic is too big and I am unable to reduce it. Sorry. It connects between the 7J7 and 1232 tubes.

Philco part number 32-3194 is an R.F. coupling coil.

Why did you cut it out? Did you measure the resistance?

I was doing my initial visual to check for anything that might need attention. Saw this and without consulting the schematic, cut it out thinking it was a bad capacitor. Thought I might see some markings after I pulled it. My bad. It does have continuity, and has a resistance of 4.5. Does it need replaced and if so do I need to find a parted out one or are there replacements?

Advice (on your R.F. coupling coil) from lorenz200w and Ted can be seen in the link I posted directly underneath the schematic snippet above.

Me... I would scrape the remaining legs clean with a sharp x-acto knife and solder new extended legs to them...
I like to use plenty of liquid flux and... clean/remove the flux residue afterwards... :)

The following is... More relevant/important when working on circuit boards, but it makes for good practice.

Clean (and dry) with IPA (isopropyl alcohol) using a small acid brush or an old toothbrush. I use 70% (strength) isopropyl alcohol... mixed 50/50 with regular nail varnish remover (acetone), it leaves no residue.
In a past life I have used Zippo lighter fluid (naphtha) or denatured alcohol in a pinch. :)
