I’m in the process of restoring this set. Can anyone provide me with a schematic if this radio? I didn’t think I’d need one but there is a resistor that looks like red, green, blue, 25 meg 1/2 watt !! Seems like an awful big resistor. It also looks like it could be brown, green, blue, 15 meg which would make more sense. I’ve attached a pic of the set. Maybe someone out there has one. I tried a model BM 215 but the tube compliment is not even close. My lineup is:
12sk7
12sa7
12sq7
35z5
50L6

Thanks ! Ralph

I did one of these for my mother, she was born in 1940. Made up a letter that looked like it came from this forum indicating that it actually came out of the factory on her birthday. White lie.

It is model DQ 334. I don't think that knob is right.

That tube complement is the most common for AA-5s---you can probably use just about any schematic with that tube lineup.

Can you post a picture of any label or chassis marking?---I'm not finding that model # anywhere. EDIT--here's one:

That picture of the DM215 is the same radio I had... but the nostalgiaair schematic does not match the tube line up.
The DQ334 does match the line up but the picture on Radio Attic Archives does not. I am sticking with it being the DQ334, and the pictures in the archive are wrong.

Edit Actually there are two pictures in the Radio Attic Archives for DQ334, and the second one matches.

Yes i know it’s the wrong knob but that’s minor right now. The DQ334 schematic looks real good! I got the model number from the radio attic picture for that model but like I said the DQ 344 looks right. I’ll have to check it out tomorrow. At this point is looks like the resistor I referred to in my original post is 15 meg. Makes way more sense now.
Curtis, what did you mean by deleted: wrong tubes. ?
Doug, you’re dead on with the second pix of the DQ 334. Mine chassis is exactly like that.

Once again, you guys bailed me out.
THANK YOU TO ALL
Ralph

I posted a link to a schematic then later realized the tubes did not match your lineup.
