Just a question regrading cleaning dust from a very old radio.

Is there a canned air product that can help with dust and is safe?

I have a very thin coating of dust in an otherwise pristine radio.

I'd like to have it clean as possible before I put it back into its cabinet.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Ralph,

I generally use a soft paint brush to push off everything that will come off.

I avoid using any compressed air or similar because the wire insulation is quite delicate.

There are two different models of the 20C, the 7570 and the 7960.
You'll find modern schematics for both (and many other models) here:

Thanks!

Another question-

The cabinet is in very good condition so I'd like to keep the original condition, but
I'm sure a little cleaning would improve its appearance.

I'd appreciate suggestion for how to clean the cabinet safely.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Ralph
