Looks like someone added an eye tube to it. Ouch. Here's a photo of what one should look like.

Here's a better look. Looks like the front spreader is missing and I'm not sure there are any shafts sticking out those holes. Even the dial looks odd. Is that a tuning eye up there or the controls for a substitute chassis? Difficult to tell.

Yeah, I noticed the knobs seemed to be missing. It's likely just used as a prop. It was used in this video : http://youtu.be/sZiVoaL35aU
