Probably best to look at the Hickok 539C roll charts/data. I have seen complete sets (manual/data) for 539B/C tube tester information for sale online, but the quality usually isn't very good. The last 539C roll chart I have is 1963 (believe final versions went into late 60s), I am slowly compiling roll chart data from several sources for this tester and am putting it in an excel spreadsheet. Hope to post in about a month when I find some time to complete. There are a few nice mods for the 539 that I have already posted, depends on the type of tube you are testing. The 539 is a good tube tester, but limited in it's plate voltage.
