 Post subject: Philco Beam of Light

Hi all! I just got my Beam of Light turntable up and running. However, I adjusted the beam of light half on/half off the RIGHT side of the photocell, rather than the left. It sounds great! Would it make any difference if it hits the right or the left of the photocell? Thank you!!

I have one of those pickups somewhere. I think it used a selenium photocell.
Maybe it died a bit. What tube ran the light ? 41 ?
