I think I have made a mistake somewhere in the power supply. At 120 V line power I get:
3.2 VAC Filaments
142 V B+
1.5 V across the 1N4001
6 V across the Zener Diode

B+ stoped after the LED, which does not light. After I jumped the LED, the B+ goes down to 110 V, but I can't measure any voltage after the trimmer cap.

There was some issues with the coil in the kit being open, if you have B+ on one side and not the other that is your problem... Can check it's resistance, should be less than 50 ohms...

For the 3.2v on the heater, double check those connections, sounds like a wiring issue...

I can send you another coil if you want?

I fixed the wiring and the filament voltage is correct but there is still no B+ after the coil. Meter shows no response therefore I'll assume it's open. You don't have to send me a coil, Bill. I'll wind my own. I need the practice and besides, it'll make my transmitter look cooler. Cool
