The Michigan Antique Radio Club presents The 16h annual EXTRAVAGANZA ’01 July 5th through the 8th, 2001 "THE GOLDEN ERA" REGISTRATION FORM | ACCOMODATIONS | AUCTION | CONTEST
Auction Rules Each MARC member is allowed to enter as many lots as he/she wishes in the auction. However, as the auction will close at approximately 5:30 pm, the first 5 items for each seller are guaranteed to be brought up for sale while all additional lots will be brought up as time permits. You will be required to fill out an Auction Control Form (ACF), that we supply, for each item you submit for our auction. The ACF has places for auction number, item number and condition. If an item is not tagged properly it will not be presented for auction. The minimum "opening bid" for any item is $20. Any item not receiving at least a $20 opening bid will be considered a NO SALE. A 10% commission, not to exceed $75/item, will be received by MARC from each lot sold. You are responsible for any and all taxes on equipment you purchase or sell. Sellers are allowed to buy-back their own items. However a 5% commission, not to exceed $75/item, will be received by MARC for each buy-back. The order of sale will be all 01 lots, then 02 lots, and so on, although each series of lots may NOT be brought up in perfect order such as 1-01, 2-01, 3-01 and so on. BUYERS - during or immediately at the conclusion of the auction you will be able to pay for and pick up the items you have purchased. NOTE: all purchases must be paid for and removed from the auction room Saturday evening ... NO EXCEPTIONS! SELLERS - are required to remove all buy-back and NO SALE items on Saturday. You, not MARC, are entirely responsible for any/all items left in the auction room at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers can be paid during or immediately at the conclusion of the auction Saturday. If you elect not to be paid at the auction on Saturday, check will be mailed to you. THERE WILL BE NO PAYOUTS ON SUNDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!
