On back of chassis metal plate says radio corp of America
General Electric co
Westinghouse electric &mfg co
Has magnavox speaker. I’ve tried looking up all these manufacturers for that model but no luck

When you find those names on a patent plate, it's because the manufacturer of the radio had to pay royalty fees to the companies listed for using certain patented features in the radio. It also means that none of the names listed had anything to do with actually manufacturing or marketing the radio.

Post some clear photos of the front and back of the radio and a readable closeup of that patent plate, as often there are clues from the color or font style of the plate that narrow it down. Several companies built and sold radios with the Westminster name on them.

Experience is what you gain when the results aren't what you were expecting.
