There is no such device.
WELL BLOW ME DOWN!
There is such devices, however they are solid state devices that emulate tubes.
Most of those are tube replacements.
Contact the sellers to see if they can provide them, but you may run into resistance, as some may be covered by patents, and may be proprietary.
They don't want the competition from startups.

I guess it depends on what type of tube your wanting to replace with a solid state equivalent. If you do an extensive google search, you'll find replacements on most of the early 1920s triode tubes. I doubt there's many tubes have solid state equivalents. Such solid state circuits were conceived and designed out of necessity and cost.

Solid state rectifiers with octal bases are available for guitar amps. It gives the amp a boost in B+.

Depends on what you mean by wanting to try them. For what (and reason)?

Historically, the FETRON were the most famous (little remembered) solid state tube replacements made by Teledyne (using the J-FET, which they invented). http://www.philipstorr.id.au/radio/eleven/fetron.htm
The original datasheets (and app notes) list dozens of types they were supposed to replace.

A FETRON, however, is NOT 'triode like'. It's 'pentode like'. Here's a Trioderizer (FETRON like modified to be triode like).

If you're looking for current production for, like say, a guitar you probably want something like this.
