Loose Ferrite Antenna Bar

When working on my 1965 Magnavox Astrosonic the ferrite bar for the AM antenna came loose because the cardboard tabs that held it broke off so I cut a piece of cloth and soaked it with wood glue and stuck it back where it belongs and let it dry and it hasn't moved since.

Good fix.
I dropped a Sangean AS909 that I once had, which broke the ferrite bar into three pieces.
Super glued it and could detect no change in performance. The mess looked worse than it was.
