Edit: When I first posted this, I though the ad said "Divorces for sale." That's why I was confused by it. I guess I should have read the ad more carefully.

Right? Hopefully not over $500.

And sounds like it's too late if the hobby is the issue.

My best guess, it must be space issues in the new pad.

Why you'd put that in a for sale ad though... Anybody's guess.
