The seller says the chassis is missing and they're trying to sell the CRT out of it, but that cabinet is one of the most desirable out there. Seller says they're trashing it if it doesn't sell...would be a shame if that happened.

It sure would be a shame! Here's what a complete example looks like.
If nothing else, that 21CEP4 will work in a Predicta. The neck is a little longer and may require adding spacers to the CRT back cover, but otherwise it's a good fit.
I bought one of these at a local garage sale a few years ago for $5. It has a really big speaker for a TV. Got it playing fairly easily, then sold it. I delivered it and verified to the buyer about an hour away. Got over $500 for it. I actually used the money to buy one of my AK 10 breadboards.
Was relieved to find out that that is the TV behind Greg Gutfeld on his show. Man, I'm just a little weird for that. Every time I see a piece of vintage electronics in a movie, or somewhere else, I try to identify it.
