Here's a Philco 89 I just found, but the escutcheon or something looks off center. Think this was modified?

The label says 89 or 19, but the similar style I found was a 14X: https://philcoradio.com/gallery2/1933d/#Model_14X

The dial and knob arrangement look correct for a 19 or 89. I believe it is a 19 as it has a shadowmeter.

Philco was good at adapting cabinets for different chassis models.

Doesn't it look like the escutcheon is a bit off relative to the knobs?

Yes, it does!

Possible the chassis is slid to the side a bit.
Depending on how large the holes are....or if they got a bit wallowed out.

My 18X looks exactly like that 89 or 19, whichever it is. It has the same escutcheon and shadow meter also. So as was mentioned above, I guess Philco made a bunch of similar looking models. As far as being a little off center I think possibly the rubber grommets for the feet of the chassis may be worn and off center.

Here's my 18X: Sorry about the flash glare. I'm a terrible photographer!

It's a 19X.
