From a distance things look nice and clean but the devil is in the details. Description: "The radios were stored inside a house in a temperature controlled environment. All the radio's have not been recently used, so assume some will need maintenance. I did bring up a few of the radio's slowly up to voltage on a Variac, and they worked fine and are notated in my list as working. All the radio's could benefit from a cleaning or a polishing of the outer case. Most are in average condition and some are in below average condition. Most of the radio's have 5 or 7 tubes and a few are transistor models."

Disclosure: No interest in the sale, not affiliated with the seller.

Best Regards,

Greenhorn

Boy if I only lived closer!
$175 for all is a good deal. Keep the 5 or 6 I like and give away the rest.
I never see collections come up for sale around here.

I do like that little Crosley in the top left corner, though.

Something about the linear dial that's vertical. I like that style.

I too like that Crosley, and it looks like it's sitting on top of a UHF converter. If the seller has a Variac you might assume he knows something about antique radios, and to state "Catalin" is either ignorance or deceit. Regardless though, less than $6.50 per radio is a pretty damn good deal!

The only true classy radio in the whole bunch turns out to be a repro, figures.
