Old Mustard Cap - they have their fans.......the leads look to be either tucked around behind it, or missing....

From the photo, they look like they're cut off...though they may be tucked behind. I especially like the budget shipping price of only $108. I know they have their "fans". The only question is: Why?

Are those film or paper or what? Had heard of mustard caps, but thought it was generic for all yellow tubulars, modern or not.

They're polyester film. Nothing special, really.

It is the shipping that is 108..... perhaps that is for transport by drone.
