Thank you for your purchase of the box. After the USPS shipment is delivered, I look forward to a mutual exchange of positive eBay feedback, which is important to me,

That was a nice message to leave. I can see why you like it so much.

That's cool. Up front and honest.

The seller used the term "mutual" positive feedback.
However Ebay does not allow any seller to give negative feedback about a buyer.
Ebay rightly feels that a buyer is a valuable thing and cannot ever be considered bad/wrong.

A buyer shows up... pays out his good money.... puts his full blind faith in the seller... waits for delivery, and deserves undamaged goods as described.
...And if he is unhappy for any reason the seller must refund. End of story.

That "buyer" person cannot ever do anything in that step by step buying cycle which is bad.

This was the best message I ever got as a seller on Ebay:

Scott- I had to message you. Who would’ve thought that something hanging in your shop for 20 years would bring such joy on Christmas day! The Timken decimal chart was an absolute hit! He was so surprised, he kept saying holy sheet!! Thank you again, you have no idea how special the chart was. My father began his apprenticeship at Timken in the early 70s, and continue there for many years as a machinist. He has now passed the trade onto my brother. Anyways, thank you again and I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

It was a nag, I got another email message from the guy after the package was delivered, even after I left him positive feedback. He must have a auto responder linked to ebay, or the shipper.

Any business worth its salt caters to the folks with the money---AKA "buyers"......

Sellers on Etsy are more sincere, and honor your business.
