 Post subject: FM Exciter + 2n7000 amp Spice Simulation.

Drain current is 27ma each.
12V * 54ma = 648mW DC input power to two parallel 2n7000.


Final RF output is about the same.
95% - 99% efficiency possible? Is it driven into class E? Efficiency appears to be almost 100% here. Is it even possible?? !!

Vs = 13.45mV
Id = 26.91mA
Vd = 11.99V
Vg=2.19V

Drain inductor (48nH) resonates with 50p combined drain capacitance at 103MHz.

We used On Semi 2n7000 datasheet to create a module for 2n7000. I wonder if this Simulation is accurate. Anybody out there happens to have Spice module for 2n7000?

Any expert advice on the simulation? The high efficiency seems fishy.
