Teac R2R model A4010s

Experiencing No Record Induction Lights on Front t Panel upon Record Start.
Intermittent Record Activity and intermittent front panel " Record Indication Lamps "upon activation.

Suspected / Proven Corrections ::

1) Poor Chassis Ground in S5 micro switch circuit. S5 is micro switch located under the Supply Reel which is activated by the Pinch Rollers Arm assembly.
Ensure solid chassis ground on 180 ohm resistor within this circuit.

2) Increase Relay K101 and K201 initiative lock up time. Change Time Constant ( T = RC) from 10 k ohms and 22 uF. /// composed of changing capacitors C143 and C243 value from 22 uF to 47 uF. IF you monitor the Pre Amp schematic you will notice these Relays Pick and Stay Picked Lockup Loop.
On aging of these two OMRON Relays - the pick and relay contact activation time appears to increase above 200 microseconds per Teac design.
