How does one get to the cartridge of the Super Sidekick mic? I am afraid of breaking something, so I am asking the pro's.

On the back of the head there is a screw that holds the front and rear sections. There may be a round decorative tape the covers the screw head. If you unscrew the screw, you can get access to the mike cartridge. Be careful of the very small wires.

Thanks a million. I was wondering about that silver disc. You've saved me a big headache.
