Other than winding a wave trap for my Philco 630 can anyone suggest an alternative. The winding is open circuit in several places and I am knee deep in multiple one yard lengths. I could wind the existing former to about 15 ohms but would not be able to measure the inductive component. And would a resistor do just as well or indeed will the radio work without it?
Many thanks.
Frank

Hi Dave.

My mistake. The radio is a Philco not Phillips.
