 Post subject: Philco 16 interstage transformer substitute

Dumb question:
Can I use a Philco interstage transformer 32-7114 in place of a 32-7570 on a philco model 16 code 121. The 7114 is from a model 18 which also uses a 42 tube as a driver for two 42’s in push pull configuration.

Thanks. I did the substitution and it worked marvelously.
The replacement Transformer is smaller then the original
