Are you taking custom or reproduction? Custom you may have to photoshop yourself.

Well, reproduction but I doubt there is a template for the one I need so technically a custom one.

Try Sandy at precisiondesignin.com.
I build quite a few guitar amps and she makes all my faceplates. I send her precise measurements and ideas about fonts, style etc.... she lays it all out, and we go back and forth with PDF proofs until we settle on a design that I like. She is quick, efficient, super easy to work with and her prices are as low as I've seen compared with other custom faceplate makers. highly recommended.

Edit: For some reason I thought you were looking for faceplates, not dial faces. So this may not be of interest to you. Sorry. But I'll leave it up for those who may ever have a need for services like this.

For a Motorola. It's basically a thin piece of clear plastic with a 90° bend where rivets attach it to the radio. I fiddeled with CAD today and laid it out with the colours. Font is a tad off but the closest match I could find. After hours of interwebbing, I think I have a solution. Find a suitable piece of plastic and make a clear laser water slide decal to affix to it. Surfing the net, having these made seems prohibitively pricey  . A guy could get some clear decal paper and make one, just need to find a colour laser printer.

You might try contacting Mark Palmquist.

https://dialcover.com/

I don't know if he would do any graphics on plastic, but he might know someone who will.
