Yep... that was me waving my old radio parts in the asile.
So they got me out ...and dis-charged me with resistor-ing-arrest because of my limited capacitory to detect anything.
I was just playing with my new portable radio.

I didn't notice a typo in the Banner. It says House of Representatives ...
But the typo I refer to is
"Uiniom "
