I got ahold of Renningers... the old map with the high numbers is completely obsolete. They are *supposed* to be sending me an updated chart. If they do, I will try and post it somewhere for everyone. Stay tuned.

OK...Helpful Tracy called me back. As Steve J. mentioned, if u renewed at the spring show, you should have the receipt and yellow ticket(s). That is all we need for entry.
Anymore questions, call and leave a msg for Tracy.

Less than 2 weeks to go for the "happening."

I'll be manning the ARF booth #444 once again. Steve and Marty will also be there.

All ARF members are welcome to sell items at the ARF table. Sellers are responsible for their items.
Donations from sellers to defray booth costs will be greatly appreciated.

See you there!

- George

I am unclear as to when this number change occurred. I have number 357 and have had this space for a number of years. I received my tickets for 357 not too long ago and I am assuming that my physical space has not changed, so if that is valid then the change was more than 6 or so years ago.

I have also reserved space 402 and I understand that it is up near the road coming in to the second or main pavilion, across the street from the food area. I requested this map from the Delaware club and it should be the most current.

Whatever the number I am anxiously awaiting our arrival at K-Town! I am loading the trailer today!

I have just received the booth numbering chart from Renningers. It's a PDF however. If anyone has software to convert it to something the forum will accept, let me know and I'll send you the PDF and you can post it up here

You can upload a PDF as an attachment. I've seen it done many times.

I spoke to Renninger's a few days ago and the renumbering of the spaces apparently affects the second pavilion, or the first one on the right as you drive in. This is the one shared with the flea market people on Saturday. These spaces are in the 100s and 200s.

Interesting,
The new numbers make more sense than the old numbers

Thank you Steve. Just for my continuing education, how did you get it to display that way ?

I just did screen shots from the PDF and pasted them into a graphics program.

Leann and I will be there with our usual big load of capacitors, bulbs, knobs, tubes, power cords
and loads of drawers of little parts you cant find anywhere !
Look for our orange banner hanging from the rafters. Our spaces are 124-126-128 .
I'll probably also bring a few battery radios from a recent estate. AK 20C, 30, 33, 36 are some of
the small box radios, plus a rare Gilfillan with a meter, and other odds.
See you all there ! Safe travels to all.
