Looking forward to VOMARC Swap. Lots of pent-up energy and willingness to buy other peoples "junque."

Always meet some interesting folks, especially Ed W1EJ who used to run the electronic surplus store in Rohnert Park. I can still buy cheap components on Ebay, but nothing beats actually "feeling" the hardware and thinking about how to re-purpose it! Almost always someone selling grandpa's collection of radio parts. " I don't know what this is..." "I know what it is and it's worth $3 to me." "Sold!"

PS: Last year at this time, we were making our way to Larkspur Landing on SF Bay, waiting out the Glass Fire and hoping our house survived. It did, though we lost all the food in 2 refrigerators. A big improvement over 2017 when we lost the house and every piece of radio equipment I ever owned!
