January 16, 2022 @ 8:00 am – 11:00 am GENERAL MEET INFORMATION http://www.warci.orgThe general public is always welcome, and admission is free! Doors open at 7:00 AM for setup. The flea market starts at 8:00 AM, announcements are held at 10:30 AM followed by the donation auction. Each meet will vary slightly, so check out the monthly flyer for more information! As typical of most swap meets, the items are for sale by individual collectors, and most are one-of-a-kind. So for best selection (and the best deals), BE EARLY! But please stay around and get to meet some of the club members. These swap meets are a great way to connect with other local collectors that share your interests. By socializing at the meets you can find others that may have what you are looking for, radios & parts, people that can service your radios, and you can make some good friends. This is an indoor meet. Swap meet tables are $10 per seller (LIMIT 2 tables per seller). WARCI membership is required to sell ($18/year, membership available on-site or https://warci.org/join/). COVID SAFETY PLAN The health and safety of our members is our first priority. With that in mind, we’ve enacted the following guidelines for our meets to ensure that WARCI is providing the safest event possible: Wear Your Mask: In keeping with CDC guidelines, WARCI recommends wearing a mask if you are not fully vaccinated. Practice Social Distancing: Skip the handshake! Keep 6ft between you and other swap meet participants whenever possible. Hand Sanitizer Provided: WARCI will provide hand sanitizer at meets to encourage good hygiene. Use Common Sense: If you are feeling sick or believe you have been exposed to someone with COVID, please remain at home. WARCI will continue to monitor COVID statistics and adjust the swap meet schedule as necessary. Stay tuned to http://www.warci.org for updates. SWAP MEET ADDRESS: New Berlin Ale House, 16000 W Cleveland Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151 https://www.google.com/maps/place/New+B ... 88.1137904

Even when I'm the first there to help set up and see everyone coming in and unloading, I'm always missing treasures only to spot them later in the photos Mike and Steve usually take. Maybe we'll see you in March. .

. . Please note that if you are coming from the North, I-41 will be closed from Burleigh to Watertown Plank. Please plan accordingly: https://projects.511wi.gov/41goodhope/closures/.

Paul, if you can't make it to the swap, fill up your wallet and stop by here some day.

I am looking for someone local to SW WI to do alignment on my tuners and radios. Any chance I can find such a person at this event?

It's hard to say who will show up to each show, but our members who offer repair services are listed on our website here: https://warci.org/classifieds/ Unfortunately we don't have much membership in the SW corner of the state, so you may find that someone from the Iowa club (IARCHS, https://www.radio-collector.com/) is closer to you distance wise.

Looks like great weather for the meet tomorrow. Somewhere around 70-degrees expected indoors at the New Berlin Ale House.
Come join us.

Is that drawing of the room layout accurate as to how many tables available?
