I've had this nice halli speaker sitting around for a wile and thought "Hey! That needs an old grey cased Hallicrafters!" So I was cruising ebay and found this nice restored SX-110 from a cat named electrokraft for 125 clams. Nice radio. It was kinda nice not having to fix something I bought for a change. lol

I got one in the same condition: I did re-cap it and replace about 25 wires that were mouse chewed and the remains of what looked like the start of a little nest. I have NO idea how it got in and then out of the set. My last SX-110 17 years ago had signs of mouse activity too. Maybe its a preferred set for mice.
