I have repaired almost everything in my T-195 and I am very happy. It was not a trivial task, it is really complex and it had various faults. Testing the modulator, I lost a lot of time because the modulation was not apparently done. I checked many things but in reality the modulation was already there... The real problem is that the AUDIO LEVEL METER M603 is not operating properly. It's easy, it is not the right one. I read that it should be exactly the same as R390A LINE METER, i.e. 100ohm, 1mA, and mine is. But it must have some rectifier to act as a VU-meter.
I had 4 silicon diodes and tried to see if that was the problem. Yes, now it works, but with limited coarse. I suppose that the silicon diodes have a too high forward voltage. I read that the originals had CuO diodes. How can I substitute them? Must I use a bridge or, as I read, two diodes and two resistors?

Thanks
