Thought I might tell the story of this radio. A friend of mine had his grandfathers radio stored in his garage. One night he backed into it with his car and broke a leg of and messed it up pretty bad He knew I liked radios so he asked if I wanted the chassis and speaker and of course I said yes. I asked what happened to the cabinet, he said he hit with the car and gave it to his neighbor to tear up and burn. I told him to bring it to me and I'll see if I can do anything with it if not I can burn it.
This is what I got

It was a nice challenge to put it back together. I know my restoration work is not professional but I don't think it looks to bad. Now I can tackle the chassis and speaker.
If anyone knows where I could get one or two of the drop down door pulls I would be very grateful for any information.
