I have a Bush MB60 - I'm new to collecting! - and the transparent plastic facia of the tuning dial has minor scratches and is rather dulled. What plastic type is this? Is there a way of polishing out the shallow scratches and shining it up i.e. without scratching it further? Should I use a polish on it?

Its a Brit radio so if you are in the US I would try the Novus range. Always start with the finest. If in the UK then PO No 5 (sold at swaps) or a chrome polish. Experiment gently on a small area.
