I have a Sierra KS-15538 Frequency Selective Voltmeter that suddenly malfunctioned for no reason. There is BARELY any audio output. I have checked all exposed capacitors and components, as well as any loose connections. Especially the audio amplifier stage. Is there any available schematic for this device, or method to fix it?

A high-resolution schematic can be found here...

Beg to differ; there is a reason for the malfunction.

That's an old timer, germanium transistors.

I'd suggest testing them one by one. Metallurgy wasn't that great in those days.
