A friend of mine, who is not interested in the hobby of collecting and restoring radios, is giving me an early 60s Sylvania stereo console. It appears to be top of the line. I need help in identifying what model this is. I only know the chassis number of the tube amp from a picture of the identical set on Facebook. Chassis number is 404-I. The pictures below are not the actual set I will be getting. The console I'm getting has so much stuff on type I can't move it to look at the model number. Fortunately the set is in excellent condition.

That chassis number is 404-1 not L.
It cross indexes to Sams photofact 719-8 from 1964.

It should knock your socks off !
Each channel has 2 x 7868 output tubes.

The record changer appears to be a
Garrard Type A.

Model numbers are pretty useless for locating data, exact chassis numbers are required.

oh... just be aware, if you are unable to find a Photofact for sale online, the ones purchased direct from the publisher will be low-resolution scans.
